The tagIds field defines a collection of tags (this field is optional), and you can exclude them if you are not using them. You can add tags to either a single image or the entire collection of images. This requires a unique identifier. The identifier can be retrieved from the Custom Vision service web portal or by using the HTTP GET to invoke to [endpoint}/customvision/v3.0/training/projects/{projectId}/tags.
